These wooden wicks are made from sustainably-sourced wood right here in the USA. Clean burning, they provide a subtle snap, crackle, pop that is reminiscent of a camp fire - the perfect soothing ambience. Because beeswax naturally dampens the snap, crackle, pop effect a bit (compared to blended wax candles), I've doubled the fun by using TWO wooden wicks in each candle.
It's important to keep your wooden wicks trimmed to about 1/8" before burning each time. Burning both wicks for at least 2 hours will allow the candle to burn fully to the edges and prevent tunneling. As always, please be mindful of fire safety when burning a candle!
